A Decade in the Making: Nimbus Dance Unveils ANIMA Trilogy - A Visceral Exploration of Humanity's Fragile Bond with Nature

A powerful evening of dance that confronts our most urgent and timeless connection: humankind’s relationship with the natural world. Choreographed by Samuel Pott with original scores by acclaimed Brooklyn-based composer & collaborator Qasim Naqvi, ANIMA unfolds through three visceral works: Patch of Turf, Falling Sky, and Dark Water, each probing the fragile balance between humanity and environment.

ANIMA moves between intensity, poignancy, and expansiveness, inviting audiences to question and reimagine our place within the natural world.

Following its Jersey City premiere, ANIMA will be presented at The Bickford Theatre at Morris Museum in Morristown, NJ on Friday, February 27.
