Exhale is more than just a dance convention. We are a one-day experience built on the belief that every dancer deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered. Through high-quality training, an inclusive atmosphere, and meaningful conversations, we're working to normalize mental health in the dance community.
Thanks to the incredible support of our dance families, Exhale has proudly donated over $30,000 to organizations benefiting pediatric mental health over the last 5 seasons.

Mini (Ages 4-7): $135 (4 Classes)
Mini (Ages 8-11): $145 (5 Classes)
Teen (Ages 12-15): $155 (6 Classes)
Senior (Ages 16 & up): $155 (6 Classes)

All Studio Faculty Are Welcome At No Cost
Age divisions may be combined based on enrollment to ensure the best possible experience for all dancers. Tentative schedule will be released one month prior to the event.
The best part? No deposit is required to lock in Early Bird pricing. Simply send us your estimated dancer count before July 31, and your studio will receive the discounted rate. Final numbers can be adjusted later.

Every Exhale convention concludes with one of our favorite traditions, our Improv Battle! This high-energy, confidence-building event is included with registration and is open to every dancer attending the convention. There are no additional entry fees and no extra sign-up required.
