Renowned choreographer Larry Keigwin, in collaboration with co-founder Nicole Wolcott of Keigwin + Company, presents a fresh and community-engaged performance inspired by their experiences in a post-pandemic world, viewed from the perspective of life beyond the theater stage. This captivating show showcases a diverse cast of performers hailing from Montclair and its neighboring areas. Larry and Nicole delve into the timeless themes of embracing change, the passage of time, and discovering one's role in the world, all within the context of auditions. "Stage Door" is a production filled with behind-the-scenes shenanigans and poignant moments that beautifully capture the enchantment and enchanting nature of the theater.
