Move, groove, release, restore, reset, & recharge with a series of movement exercises, explorations, and phrases designed to ground you & help you build a foundation from which you’ll launch yourself into the new year.
This is a soft-structured class – the instructor will lead movers through a collection of structured movement experiences, while still incorporating space for independent explorations.
Movers of all levels welcome! No experience required!
