Dance New Jersey (DNJ) is partnering with the Shishya School of Performing Arts for a special shared performance on Sunday, December 15, 2024, from 12pm-3pm. This event will kick off the start of a month long celebration of Indian performing arts traditional to the southern Indian city of Chennai. This performance, graciously supported by DNJ Board Member Sukanya Mahadevan and the Shishya School of Performing Arts, will showcase DNJ members across a range of dance styles, with the goal of creating an inclusive and equitable performance. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to DNJ, supporting our mission to strengthen connections within New Jersey’s dance community and keep dance thriving across the state.
