Alborada Spanish Dance Theatre pays homage to Paul Robeson's support of the resistance against Fascism during the Spanish Civil War. This presentation will include Flamenco dance set to his recordings of Spanish Civil War Songs and dramatic dances inspired by: Picasso's Guernica and music by Manuel de Falla and Federico Garcia Lorca. The program was conceived
and choreographed by Alborada's Assistant Director, Lisa Botalico
