The Winter Solstice is a turning point — our days start to grow longer again, the season officially shifts, and the promises of growth, renewal, & lighter days ahead are palpable. This natural energy also makes it one of the most powerful days to manifest any changes you’ve been longing for.
During this Mvmt Manifestation workshop, you will be guided through a series of explorations that help you set your intentions for the coming season & super-charge them, using physical movement as a catalyst for change & as a way to embody the version of yourself you desire to be.
This class structure will be guided – meaning that the instructor will provide prompts, ideas, and soft direction, but movers will be encouraged to explore their own journeys along the way.
Movers of all levels welcome! No experience required!
