PENDULUM PROJECT DANCE COMPANY AUDITIONS - Wednesday, October 22nd at 7:30pm at Infinite Motion Performing Arts Academy in Mahwah, NJ.
Pendulum Project is a northern NJ based dance company with a strong focus on technique, individuality, and self expression. We are seeking working professionals looking for an additional space to train and perform, as well as advanced pre-professional dancers at or above the college level.
The company season runs from mid-October to early June, including weekly training in a wide range of styles including tap, jazz, contemporary, musical theater, and hip hop. Regarding tap, you will have the option to between weekly or monthly classes to better train your rhythm, timing, and ear to music, as well as the ability to opt out of tapping. Company members train, on average, 5-6 hrs per week, split between Mondays and Wednesdays, under the direction of Alicia Gavzy and Clauds H. Stein. In addition to the project directors, the professional faculty at Infinite Motion and guest choreographers are brought in on a rotational basis to set work and train the company. Dancers will be cast in works that best represent their strengths.
Auditions will take place on Wednesday, October 22nd at 7:30pm at Infinite Motion Performing Arts Academy in Mahwah, NJ. There is no application or registration fee for the audition!
