Seeking Dance Teachers! (Fall 2023 Jersey City, NJ)
The Kennedy Dancers, Inc. a non-profit dance studio serving the NJ community for 45+ years is seeking experienced Dance Teachers to join our team!
Must have at least 2 years of previous dance/ fitness teaching experience; availability for the specified dates/times; a positive attitude and passion for dance; on-time and reliable. Most love working with children especially ages 3-6 years old.
Applicants must be able to teach 3 or more of the following:
- Tap
- Jazz
- Tumbling / Basic Acro
- HipHop
- Contemporary
- Yoga
- Zumba
- Social Dancing/ Salsa
- Ballroom
- Tai Chi
- Ballet
Studio Location: 79 Central Ave. Jersey City, NJ 07306
Dates: September 15th, 2023 - June 22th, 2024
Compensation: $21,000 Salary (10 Month Commitment)
Benefits: 1 week paid vacation
Hours (15 hours a week/ Part-Time):
- Wednesday & Thursday 3:30pm - 7:30pm
- Friday 3:30pm - 5:30pm
- MUST WORK SATURDAYS 9:30am - 2pm
